Fulltime: Monday through Friday 8-5 CST

• Strong desire to work in and foster a team-oriented culture consistent with Bestica’s core values.
• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships and a demonstrated personal network of industry and government contacts; ability to expand this relationship network.
• 6 plus years of business development experience in Government & DOD Contracting Firms with Information Technology as background.
• Proven and demonstrated experience developing and executing pipelines within one or more of the following verticals: DoD, DHS or DoD (preferably Air Force or Army), DHS, IC,
• Expertise selling technology professional services capabilities to the government.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to support writing and responding to proposal content and to confidently brief corporate capabilities and make formal presentations to customers.
• Demonstrated and reference-able experience supporting the growth of revenues for a small business.

Responsibilities:

• Leading new business opportunities from early identification phase of the opportunity including capture plans; win themes, budget development and budget execution.
• Leading and directing the development of compelling and compliant proposal responses to RFPs, RFQs, Task Orders, RFIs and Sources Sought Notices and fast turn-around bids across a range of Federal markets.
• Leveraging internal network with customers and partners that will result in meaningful business for Bestica
• Lead or support development of technical and management solutions by working proactively with subject area experts and with dedicated solution and proposal architects.
• Collaborate closely with Director of Proposal Development, SMEs, and Proposal Facilitators
